Arrange your finances
It’s crucial to determine your financial options early on. Our mortgage advisors can assist you, providing a clear picture of your borrowing capacity. Proper preparation strengthens your position, sometimes enabling you to make an offer without a financing contingency.
Explore the market
Now the real search begins. We’ll examine both the public market, such as Funda.nl, and the private market through our extensive network. We filter listings based on your criteria, provide additional information on interesting properties, and arrange viewings.
Fall in love
Found a property you like? We’ll accompany you to the viewing and critically assess the home. We check for defects, assess the property’s condition, and review any legal matters. You only need to decide if you love it. Don’t forget to explore the neighborhood, too!
Time to negotiate
Ready to take the plunge? Great! We’ll advise you on the (initial) offer and negotiation strategy. We’ll assist with determining the contingencies and aim to secure the best deal for you.
Everything in writing
Once you and the seller agree, the purchase agreement is drawn up. We’ll review it thoroughly and liaise with the notary. If needed, we’ll arrange an appraisal or inspection, ensure all agreements are met, and facilitate a smooth transfer.
Congratulations
At the transfer, the notary finalizes the purchase. After signing the deed of delivery and, if applicable, the mortgage deed, you’ll receive the keys to your new dream home. Celebrate with a housewarming party—congratulations!
